Las Vegas Chiropractor: What to Avoid After Getting a Chiropractic Adjustment
[message_box title=”” color=”green”]
From the Desk of
Dr. Jason Jaeger
There really isn’t anything that you should inherently avoid after getting adjusted. However, your own body should tell you what would, and what would not serve you best. You are unique, and so is your healing process. It just might be that gymnastics after getting adjusted could be the perfect thing to support one person’s body, and could cause total overload for another. But the same thing is true of a walk, or a glass of wine, or going to a movie, etc.
Your frequency of chiropractic care is always up to you, and always based on your goals. Whether you choose to come into Aliante Integrated Physical Medicine (Aliante IPM) in Las Vegas weekly or monthly is often based on how much you’ve got “on your plate.”
